Thursday, April 17th, 2008The DV Lottery 2009 results winners were selected by the computer random draw and were announced between May 2008 to July 2008 by regular postal mail to them individually. Those who are not selected will not be notified. They can apply for the next draw.
Nearly 82,000 people in 175 nations received the winning notification along with further instruction and were asked to process it as soon as possible.
